Our fruit and greens washing tank with extraction belt is thoroughly made in AISI304 stainless steel. By means of a “bubbling“ washing system, achieved by blowing air through the diffusing tubes from the bottom the the tank, it creates an air flow, which pushes the greens towards the soaking drum and, then, toward the extraction belt. The soaking drum assures the compete washing of the product, forcing them to be soaked, while the shovels push it towards the extraction belt, implemented in perforated mesh tarp, which allows a partial drying by dripping. The bottom of the tank has the shape of a pyramid trunk so to assure the draining of the sediments by means of the drop-down drain valve, which can also be used during the work phases, to allow stacked dirt to exit.
