Our grape screw conveyors are thoroughly made in AISI304 stainless steel. Grape transportation occurs by means of one or two screws, according to the capacity required and according to the customer's needs. All conveyors are designed with a solid tubular chassis to assure proper resistance to grape impact during discharge phase from the grape trailers. So, the semi-finished products required for two 6000x3000x2500 mm machines can be stocked in one 20-ft container. All components are pre-assembled except for the welding of the metal sheets of the planking and the final assembly of: screw, motor and railing or idraulic tailgate.
