Description

Suitable for small productions, the single head “MINI” aseptic filler is the manual version of FBR ELPO. Equipped with a fixed filling head, it has been designed for the filling of 3- 5-10 -20, 200 L. bags. The machine is perfect to process products such as tomato and fruit concentrates, fruit purees, concentrates of clear fruit juices, milk, fruit juices or purees with small pieces in suspension. “MINI” fillers can be manufactured with a 1 or 2 filling head: in the 1 version the cap and the spout can be sterilized with steam only. The 2 version can use both 1″ and 2″ spouts, sterilized with steam only or with chemical agents. The “MINI” filler has design features that ensure automatic sanitization with chemical solution or steam, better control and time saving, thanks to the electric control panel with TOUCH SCREEN keyboard and on-screen controls. It is possible to equip the machine with an aseptic buffer tank integrated into the structure. Depending on the product and feeding, the operating speed of the “MINI” filler can reach up to 5.000 kg/h.
