Description

The SSE1205 buffer module stores the required energy in internal super capacitors. Thus, these uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) are absolutely maintenance-free. A rechargeable battery is not installed. Fully encapsulated in an aluminium housing, the capacitor-based buffer module is characterised by vibration resistance, industrial and tropical suitability. How to install the DC UPS / buffer module? The buffer module (DC UPS with electrolytic capacitors) is either connected in parallel directly into the regulated DC circuit at any point or used for selective protection of critical consumers. This prevents malfunctions in control systems due to short-term interruptions in the power supply and considerably increases the reliability of the overall system. DC UPS / DC buffer module for 12 VDC systems With supercaps - no accumulator - maintenance-free Support for short-term increased power demand Relay for remote monitoring the supply voltage Operating status shown by LED Short charging times Extra low safety potential Long lifetime Simple wiring, easy handling Parallel connection possible Suitable for the tropics - epoxy resin casted Safety acc. to VDE, EN, UL, CSA
