Splitting machine W 21

Our automatic horizontal splitting and stacking machines are used to cut flexible PU-foam blocks efficiently and economically into sheets. The slabs are put onto a sliding table with a special adhesive corundum paint. During the automatic feed of the table the circulating bandknife splits the block into the requested layer thickness. In order to allow the split-off layer to remain lying on the block, the knife guide glides in the cutting groove when the table returns. Thus, the complete block can automatically be split and stacked.
