1.Overview The side-mounted float level switch uses the principle of liquid buoyancy. When the float moves up and down due to buoyancy, the reed switch in the junction box is affected by the magnet at the arm end. Due to the flexible structure and wider temperature and pressure range, it can fully replace UQK series products. 2. Features: The pressure can be up to 50kg/cm², and the applicable specific gravity is 0.25～0.65. Suitable for a variety of liquids. Both side mounting and top mounting can be installed, and the protection level of the junction box is IP-65. The connecting flange has 92×92, JIS, DIN, ANSI specifications; the port has 1-1/2, 2"PT, BSP or customer-specified specifications. Provide explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant versions. A variety of materials and connection methods can meet the needs of different environments. 3. Application This controller is suitable for the control of the opening or the liquid level in the pressure vessel in the industrial process, and is widely used in water treatment, petrochemical, boiler, ship and other industries.
