High temperature sampling system when the measurement needs to be carried out using extraction systems and without condensation.
This system is designed to be used wherever it is necessary to perform an extractive gas measurement, keeping the sample at high temperature up to the analyzer (without drying for cooling or other).
The applications characterized by this condition are:
Measurements of highly water soluble compounds such as HCl and NH3. The gas sampled by this system is then measured hot, using the analyzer mod. Enox-H.
Measurement of oxygen (O2) or carbon monoxide (CO) in processes where the two gases need to be controlled to monitor the risk of explosion and pyrolysis.
Hot (and wet) oxygen (O2) measurement to be coupled to a dry oxygen measurement for the psychometric measurement of humidity. This solution (extraction) is necessary to avoid measurement errors related to humidity that arise when the two measurements (dry/wet) are not synchronous.
