Description

The FGB FLECS is normally supplied for the dosing of 4 to a maximum of 6 components. The units are completely made of stainless steel and the removable hoppers are fitted with newly designed vertical dosing slides. The mixing chamber with its integrated mixer and closing slide is completely detachable, which makes it unique. This machine can be expanded with our conveying system, which has the same features. This provides you with a complete solution. Economically and user-friendly FLECS stands for Ferlin Large Easy Clean System. With this Easy Clean System you no longer need to first demount the hopper loaders before you are able to remove a hopper. No tools necessary, which makes it extremely suitable to use in an environment where materials are being switched on a regular basis. All components are being dosed one after the other in the weighing bin, which contains a very accurate weighing system. When the weighing is done, the complete batch will fall into the mixing chamber and the horizontal mixer will ensure a uniform blend. A level sensor outside the mixing chamber monitors the entire cycle. This makes it possible to reduce the percentage of the additives to a minimum, resulting in economic benefits.
