This semi-automatic machine offers exceptional performance with manual loading and unloading, ensuring consistent and reliable surface preparation. Boost productivity Processes up to 120 boilers per hour - The BoilerBlast 4 ECO features a robust and durable construction, designed to withstand the rigors of continuous industrial use. The machine's cabinet is made from high-quality steel profiles, ensuring stability and longevity. The entire cabinet is powder-coated to provide resistance against corrosion and wear, enhancing the machine's lifespan. Inside the cabinet, there are four dedicated working stations, each equipped with a vertical sliding mechanism. These mechanisms enable precise vertical movement of the blasting lances, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the boiler's interior surfaces. The lances, fitted with specially designed nozzles, perform the blasting in all directions according to a pre-set program. This ensures thorough cleaning and surface preparation, eliminating any residues and impurities from the boilers. Boilers are manually loaded onto rotating hooks located inside the cabinet. These hooks are designed to rotate during the blasting process, ensuring that every part of the boiler's interior is exposed to the blasting media. The rotation, combined with the vertical movement of the lances, guarantees a uniform and consistent blasting effect, meeting high-quality surface preparation standards.
