Efficient Internal Blasting for Boilers, Vessels, and Tanks The BoilerBlast series is a fully automatic internal blasting system designed to deliver high productivity and exceptional cleaning results for boilers, vessels, and tanks. With its robust construction and advanced control systems, the BoilerBlast series ensures efficient and consistent internal surface preparation, making it ideal for a wide range of industrial applications. For the highest capacities, we produce THROUGH-FEED sandblasting machines capable of processing 40-120 boilers per hour, with even higher capacities available upon request. These through-feed boiler blasting machines are specifically designed for fully automatic, high productivity in-line blasting of boilers, vessels, or tanks with a single opening from the downside. These advanced machines can handle up to 120 boilers per hour (50-80 litres) and work in synchronization with a hanging conveyor. They represent the pinnacle of automation and require only one operator. The system can blast up to 4 boilers in a single phase, encompassing a three-phase blasting process: blasting up, blasting down, and blow-off. Equipped with an automatic abrasive reclaim system and dust filtration, these machines operate in full synchronization with hanging conveyors. They receive data for self-adjustment and can be equipped with detection stations for height adjustments and other detection systems, ensuring higher productivity and reliability.
