Injector blasting cabinets blast for surface treatment of small-sized object Blast Injector Cabinets are our standard blasting cabinets. These cabinets are ergonomically designed for day-to-day sand blasting in maintenance and production workshops. The cabinets are constructed from powder-painted sheet metal and have either a right-side wing door or a front lifting door with air springs for easy loading. They also feature a tilt-out window for quick, tool-free glass changes and are equipped with fluorescent lighting for optimal visibility. Blast Injector Cabinets are tailored for professional applications, providing an ergonomic design that ensures comfortable use over long periods. The cabinets feature either a right-side wing door or a front lifting door with air springs, making it easy to load and unload parts. The tilt-out window allows for quick glass changes without the need for tools, ensuring minimal downtime. Equipped with integrated fluorescent lighting, these cabinets offer excellent visibility during operation. The hand access openings are equipped with two layers of rubber sealing flaps, providing a secure and comfortable work environment. The galvanized steel grating in the working area supports heavy parts up to 300 kg, making these cabinets versatile for various applications. Blasting is foot-operated and will stop automatically if the door is opened, enhancing safety. These cabinets can be equipped with injector blasting system and can be connected to dust collectors, with or without a cyclone for abrasive recycling. The Compact Blast Injector Models feature an integrated filter unit.
