FESTEC Thermal Characteristic Analyzer is specially designed for testing some characteristics modified by Conical Heater according to ISO 5660 Cone Calorimeter Method. This measures mass loss and mass loss rate, the specimen surface of radiant thermal, specimen surface of thermal, specimen middle of thermal, specimen lower of thermal, substrate surface of thermal , substrate inside of thermal(2 points), substrate bottom of thermal.

① Cone-type radiation heater: Heater operation part is cone-shaped with the edge cut by electric heater rod, which generates 5,000W at available voltage.
② Radiation heat shut-off device: It protects specimen against radiation heat before starting test.
③ Radiation heat controller: It keeps average temperature of heater thermocouple within the set value ±10℃.
④ Mass measuring device: Real-time mass measurement. Accuracy is over ±0.1g.
