FESTEC’s AFP 622 Cleveland Tester automatically measures flash point and ignition point of petroleum products, whose flash point is over 80℃, except for crude oil and oil fuel.
FESTEC’s AFP 622 Cleveland Open Cup Auto Flash Point Analyzer automatically measures flash point of crude oil and petroleum products easily and conveniently compared with manual-type analyzer. About 80 ml of specimen is added to specimen cup and is slowly heated in 5.5±5℃ per minute. Test flame is moved over the specimen cup at an interval of 2℃ and minimal temperature that flash is incurred by vapor of specimen is obtained. FESTEC’s AFP 622 Cleveland Tester fully complies with KS M 2010 standard and ISO 2592 standard. It automatically performs test with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and Touch Screen (5.5”) and is very easy and convenient for managing test results as about 20 test results are automatically saved and removed. Thus, AFP 622: Cleveland Open Cup Auto Flash Point Analyzer is an optimal tester for quality control and R&D of petroleum products by determining flash point of oil products.
