Description

Ideal in the high pressure range with a low flow rate: The directly controlled solenoid valve operates without differential pressure up to 90 bar, even in closed media circuits. It is therefore perfect for high-pressure and dispensing applications. • Extensive pressure range • Directly actuated poppet valve • No pressure difference required • Can also be used in vacuum technology Directly actuated solenoid valvesVZWD are mainly intended for applications with high pressure ranges andlow flow rates. This type of valve switches the sealingelement directly via the solenoid system. The seal generally has to lift awayfrom the seat against the effectiveoperating pressure using just theactuator. A closing spring, supported by thepressure of the medium, keeps thevalve closed. The function is dependent on the seat size, the effective operating pressure and the magnetic force. The difference with respect to forcepilot operated solenoid valves (VZWF)lies in the flow rate.
