Description

Can also be used in closed media circuits with no differential pressure: force pilot operated pneumatic valves VZWF control high pressures with high nominal diameters using relatively small solenoids. • High flow rates • Large nominal diameters with relatively small solenoids • No pressure difference required • Can also be used in vacuum technology Normally closed solenoid valve withdiaphragm and forced lifting. When thesolenoid is energised, the differentialpressure from the secondary side ofthe diaphragm is reduced via aninternal pilot hole. The effectivedifferential pressure lifts thediaphragm away from the valve seat. Ifthere is no differential pressure, thediaphragm is lifted directly by thesolenoid. The valve opens and closeswithout a differential pressurebetween the inlet and outlet. Application • Suitable for closed applications such as cooling or filling systems • Vacuum • Liquid gas • Filling systems Design • Diaphragm valves • Forced lifting of the valve diaphragm • 2/2-way valve, normally closed Advantages • Choice of sealing materials for different fields of applications • Pressure of medium: 0 bar or higher
