Description

Extremely high flow rates, an easy to clean design and a modular structure. Combine pneumatic valve bodies and actuators however suits you best to make your applications more flexible. • Highly flexible, extremely high flow rates • Long service life • Stainless steel or Ecobrass angle seat fittings with stainless steel or polymer actuators • Modular design • Hygienic design, insensitive to dirt • Quick and easy maintenance • Simple and sturdy: an ideal choice for virtually all media with a viscosity of 600 mm2/s • High chemical and thermal resistance • Sustainable in production through the use of alternative materials The angle seat valves VZXA are externally actuated valves which are controlled by a direct supply of compressed air and are used to shut off gaseous or liquid media in pipe systems. In the process, a spindle with a soft-sealing valve disc is raised and lowered using a pneumatic actuator. In all the versions mentioned below, the valve seat is slanted at an angle of approx. 40° in relation to the medium flow. The flow direction is determined by the design of the valve (angle seat fitting and actuator).
