Description

The VZWP solenoid valve is ideal for the control of gaseous and liquid media at high pressures and high flow rates. • For all applications with a differential pressure of min. 0.5 bar • For high pressures and high flow rates with relatively small solenoids • For controlling gaseous and liquid media in open circuits Function The solenoid valve VZWP-L-… is a servo-controlled 2/2-way valve with solenoid coil. The solenoid valve is closed when de-energised. When energised, thedifferential pressure from the secondary side of the piston is reduced via theservo hole. The differential pressure lifts the piston away from the valve seat. Application • All applications with a differential pressure of 0.5 bar • Applications with an open medium circuit Design The valve features a simple, sturdydesign. The valve drive only fulfilsa pilot control function, whichrelieves the burden on the mainsealing element Advantages • High pressures can be controlledwith large nominal diameters usingsmall magnets • The valves can be operated with air, neutral gases and neutral liquids • The N/C version guarantees that thevalve will be closed in the event ofa voltage failure
