Fiam Utensili presents automatic tightening system. This system is suited for a variety of grub screws on various door handle models. The tightening system is combined with a turntable. It involves manual handle positioning, automatic drilling, automatic thread tapping, automatic grub screw tightening, and manual offloading. The system provides tightening of 1 handle every 3 seconds. Both sizes of grub screws can be processed by a single circular feeder. The system has a nutrunner motor that includes instant and automatic air shutoff. This motor is fitted on a unique dual-movement fastening slide. Based on the grain type, the motor is placed to stop on torque or depth. Tightening selectors allow the choice of tightening preference. The system has an extremely compact design. It is integrated easily pneumatically and electrically on present production systems, such as turntables, pallets lines, and manual workplaces.
