CARTESIAN ARM WITH PNEUMATIC PUSHING DEVICE BC25 PK (PK = PUSH KIT) New Cartesian arm with advanced assistance entirely designed and built by Fiam, equipped with pneumatic push device (PUSH KIT). This model is dedicated for manual tools use and offers the possibility to use an automatic downward thrust and therefore the operator must not use force to tighten. The BC25 PK arm is the only arm on the market equipped with a pneumatic push regulator. This important function is obtainable through a practical regulator located on the arm that allows setting the push according to the type of screw used. The regulator is also equipped with an operating pressure indicator. We would like to underline that the solutions on the market are not equipped with this plus and therefore cannot be regulated unless the customer purchases and installs an external pressure regulator. Another important advantage offered by this arm is represented by the pneumatic push which is at "double effect": during operation it helps the operator both in the tightening phase, pushing downwards, and in the completed tightening ascent phase, returning automatically in rest position ready for a new tightening. Can be used with: •eTensil electric screwdrivers combined with the TPU 2 power supply; •Air screwdrivers with diameter from 32 to 50 mm equipped with pneumatic signal pick-up: since the arm works with 1 pneumatic signal socket, it can also be used with competitors tools.
