Description

Torque reader for torque test and calibration of pneumatic and electric screwdrivers with torque range from 0.15 to 30 Nm. Can read, display and transfer the data detected by the built-in static transducer through the integrated Micro USB 2.0 port which allows as well power from any USB source. • Accuracy: ±1% torque reading accuracy. The accuracy becomes ±2% when below 10% of full scale. Torque measurement modes: Continuous-Track, Peak torque, Click (to used for dynamometric torque wrenches measurement) and unit of measurement can be set. Equipped with a as well as easy-to-understand software with 15 test programs (targets) where set: - Torque value - Tolerance - Unit of measure - Reading mode. Inter connectivity and data analysis. The integrated Micro USB 2.0 port also allows for the simultaneous transfer of detected data through the Data Collection Software (downloadable free of charge from the Fiam Reserved Area), to a PC and allow the consequent analyzes to identify the precision KPIs (e.g. statistical analysis of the calculation of the range, CM, CMK etc.). The instrument comes with a clockwise CALIBRATION DOCUMENT.
