Description

Fiam air nutrunner motors without clutch feature direct and continuous torque drive. This helps in assuring tightening evenness on all types of joints, including very soft joints. An example will be assembly of steel parts with interposed thick rubber seals. An integrated torque transducer can be added on request to enable measurement of torque value. It collects data, inspects the tightening cycle, and identifies potential errors such as already tightened screws, partially tightened screws, crossed thread, etc. These motors without clutch guarantee tightening eveness also in presence of extremely soft joints and maximum versatility: in fact adjusting air feeding pressure leads to different torque, speed and motor power values. Available in two versions, reversibile and non-reversible, they can have different output shafts. • Models with different speeds than the ones indicated on the chart • Models for higher torques than the ones indicated on the chart • Models with quick change chuck • Models with special flange and/or with Customized body design Fiam air nutrunner motors are designed for use with lubricated compressed air
