The automatic assembly of valves on gas ramps (of various kinds from 1 to 4 valves) can be handled by this device with the use of two screws on a metal cradle. In addition to this, the solution involves component loading manually, along with testing, manual unloading and assembly. This device can ensure that the assembly is performed in accordance to the set torque parameters and that the resulting ramp is gas tight. The metal cradles and screws are automatically fed with high production rates, with the addition of a linear vibratory feeder that can feed metal stands after the bowl feeder. The component can be positioned in a way that straddles the ramp on top of the valve, using the collet installed on the slide. Finally, there are two screws provided, which are tightened on the components through two 15MC5 nutrunners.
