The Sigma 100HD Pipeline Inspection Robot camera system is designed for visual inspections of pipelines ranging from 4" to 60" in diameter with a working length up to 1,640ft (500 m). It is suitable for a variety of applications, including metal pipelines, storm drains, sewer mains, gas lines, and other industrial environments. Since as mentioned previously the system offers flexible configurations its easily adaptable for use in multiple industries. SIGMA 100 HD is available with two pan and tilt camera options, the main difference being that one offers zoom and the other does not. Both the pan and tilt camera heads offer a high-definition full HD picture, laser measurement, and manual focus, as well as an infinite pan and tilt function. The pan and tilt camera heads are IP68-rated and can be pressurized for water resistance. It operates with a 6x6 drive, powered by two electric motors. It includes sensors that monitor internal pressure, pipeline incline, pipeline turns, and the tractor's roll. This data is sent to the control post of the inspection unit, providing critical information to aid in the inspection process. Also there are several control module options available. The first allows the use of your own tablet with our software to operate the inspection robot. For more advanced tasks, the standard setup includes a 17" monitor with a 10" touchscreen and joystick controls. The control box also has an integrated computer for recording inspections and generating reports.
