CUB-MASTER curdling vats have been designed to produce a wide variety of cheese types with closed vats, double zero shape, high automatic performance and capacity from 2.500 to 15.000 litres. Characteristics of our automatic vats include the advanced design of cutting-stirring knives which obtain a constant size and uniform grain. An innovating heating system which distributes uniformity, temperature and the geometry of the bottom vat provide higher performance. Multiply parameters are programmable via PLC and can be controlled from the integrated touch screen. Optionally our vats can be adapted with CIP cleaning system and also can be equipped with access and service platform.
