These new sawing lines overcome all the limitations of the traditional disc or band saws and increase productivity thanks to their exceptional performance in terms of speed, accuracy, sawing quality and scrap reduction. STIFF STRUCTURE This range of high performance sawing machines is characterized by an extremely sturdy construction with high structural stiffness PARAMETERS MODULATION The life of the blade and the sawing quality are ensured by the automatic modulation of the cutting parameters during the working cycle. DYNAMIC ADJUSTMENTS Dynamic adjustments of the blade rotation speed and of the head feed during the entry/exit phase in the profile as the cross section changes.
