THERMAL COPING TORCH This unique torch is the latest patented process in thermal coping robots. Its special wrist has been designed to process profiles on four sides with both oxy-fuel and plasma. CLAMPING Automatic clamping devices guarantee perfect position of the profile. LASER SCANNER The new laser scanner process is used to probe the profiles geometry to compensate for mill tolerance deviations. This enables reliable torch ignitions and accurate locations of the programmed thermal processes. Processing is done in a completely automatic way. The laser scanning process locates the sections surfaces in just seconds. The quick torch switch reduces nonproductive times. Remote diagnostics are possible through a network connection that allows our service team to perform a system analysis.
