Description

CODEBRASS bar shears are the most advanced machines to cut high quality slugs for the cold, warm and hot forging operations. These machines offer a high productivity for the realization of economical quality cuts. CONTINUOUS SHEARING This attachment allows to increase the machine productivity and to reduce the friction wear. SPEED CHANGER WITH ELECTRONIC INVERTER This device increases the performance and the possibility to use the continuous shearing attachment. SUPPORT FOR LONG SLUGS Working in conjunction with the length gauge, this device optimizes its performance in the event of particularly long slugs. CODEBRASS machines do not produce scrap and therefore avoid the expensive loss of scrap material, typical of the sawing systems. The energy required to shear a slug is 5 times less than the corresponding sawing process. Very fast shearing cycles of up to 120 cuts per minute. Perfect cuts both for squareness and for cleanness of the shearing surface. Ficep’s innovative technology allows for a precise adjustment of the blades to achieve the best possible way to achieve constant slug quality for brass and copper alloys.
