With the addition of the mechanical presses MF, which assure high productivity and precision, we completed our range of presses. As we are dedicated to the automation for the forging industry we provide the complete complement of high tech solutions. They range from material cutting (cold, warm or hot shears, sawing machines) up to the forging and the complete automation to integrate these processes.
NATURALLY ROBUST
MF press is designed to obtain a high degree of strength: each part of its structure is electrowelded, thermally normalized and
consisting of hot rolled steel elements.
The ram is in steel casting, the shaft is forged of alloy steel, and the connecting rods are forged in steel.
MACHINE CONTROL SYSTEM
The machine can be easily controlled and is totally provided with sensors.
SOURCE OF POWER
The variable speed motor allows the modification of the deformation speed and energy. The Desch press drive offers compact design, high efficiency, easy assembly and use, low moment of inertia, reduced brake angle, maintenance free while achieving a high rate of cycles.
Available both with single connecting rod, for preforming and deburring operations and with double connecting rod, for preforming and forging functions and therefore requiring two or more shapes on the table.
Available with a Digital Twin, based on the Industry 4.0 concept and with a PLC control. This replies like the physical model but with all the advantages offered by the simulation.
The new height adjustment of the die table thanks to special wedges, simplifies the mechanism inside the ram and makes it more sturdy and easier to maintain.
