It provides precise application torque and servo controlled feedback. The capper automatically tightens to the desired application torque. It can be used to re-torque after induction seal, or after a hand-placed torque operation. The Servo Chuck capper offers a single head capper which can handle up to 35 cpm or a dual head capper handling up to 60 cpm. Its stainless steel construction can accommodate a wide variety of cap sizes. The auto-reject with a reject verification option allows for efficiency during capping and the capper’s recipe recall can create, save, and copy over a hundred recipes by name. The servo Chuck cap tighteners offers an optional design to use under HEPA Laminar Air Flow environments which can be easily integrated with other FILAMATIC style filling machines.
