Description
The FILAMATIC Rotary Plugger/Capper can accommodate a range of components including a dropper tip/dome cap, a flow restrictor/screw cap, a threaded screw cap, a snap cap and an airless pump/dust cover. This servo-driven machine incorporates multiple turrets to gently move containers through the capping and closure process. Plugging and capping turrets are configured with 4 to 10 stations depending on the container size and required rate. Torquing of threaded closures are controlled with servo-driven chuck style heads.
