Description

The Series 1750 range of Variable Area Flowmeters are ideal for providing instantaneous flow rate measurement for most process gases and liquids. The standard models are suitable for flows up to 50 lit/min on liquids and 1750 lit/min on gases @ STP. These units feature a calibrated metric scale of 100mm which is permanently fired on the tube, although a useful blank scale plate can also be provided for customers requiring their own calibrations. Materials of construction ensure compatibility to a wide range of industrial process mediums and applications, end connections can be supplied in brass, stainless steel, or rigid PVC. They can be fitted with Hi and Lo latching alarms, including an economical latching alarm which enables the alarm to remain activated whilst flow is above or below a set point. This reduces expensive electronic circuitry and is ideal for remote process control applications. FEATURES • Direct reading of instantaneous flow rates • Economical latching alarm (s) • Intégral safety cover • Metric scales • Plain scale plate for customer calibration if required • Wide range of standard flow rates • Lightweight, yet robust construction • Tube assembly easily removed / replaced in-situ • PVC, brass or stainless steel connections available as standard • Guided floats are used on ail ranges for stable reading • Can be supplied with flanges • In-line mounting or panel mounting
