Description

The Series 3000 range of Variable Area Flowmeters provide a cost-effective means of ensuring accurate flow measurement for most process gases and liquids. They feature a scale length of 260mm which ensures excellent resolution via easy-to-read scaled graduations. New models to this range now have the ability of handling flow rates as low as 50cc/min air, while the complete range of 12 models provide high accuracy for most low-flow applications. These models all feature flow tubes which utilise a ‘free float’ design which has a very low pressure drop. The Series 3000 is an ideal flowmeter for use as a calibration master, or where high accuracy with an excellent resolution scale is required for the most demanding variable area flow applications. Materials of construction ensure compatibility to a wide range of industrial process mediums. End connections can be supplied in either stainless steel or rigid PVC. FEATURES • Direct reading of instantaeous flowrates • Plain scale plate for customer calibration can be supplied • Flowrates as low as 50CC/MIN AIR are available • Wide range of standard flowrates • Economical latching alarms(s) • Lightweight construction with intégral safety cover • Robust design • Metric scales • Guided floats or"freefloats"are used giving stable readings • PVC or stainless steel connections are available as standard • Can be supplied with flanges • Tube assemby easily removed and replaced in-situ • In-line or panel mounting • High resolution scales for maximum accuracy
