Description

Washing Machines Dosing Systems GW Multi Series The Multi machine system allows to manage up to four washing machines. Each machines is associated with a signal module to acquire the status of the relative solenoid valves. The pumps, up to ten, are connected to the product flushing kit. This is connected to the machine flushing kit, wich allows to dose the product into the washing machine that required the dosing. The central module manages the flushing solenoid valve at the inlet of the flushing kit and the 4 solenoid valves that control the flow to the washing machines. It’s formed by the Central Module and the Signals Module. Central Module: Switching-mode power supply with PFC: 100-240 VAC 50/60 Hz Consumption (max): 150W IP65 protection degree Signals Module Provided with a preassembled phone cable (7 meters) Up to 8 trigger signals from the washing machine Trigger signals in AC and DC voltage with thresholds selectable by software It is possible to assembly a system up to 10 pumps or relay modules; moreover on it three pumps or relay modules can work at the same time LF Pump Module: Max flow rate 20 l/h, speed programmable by software Pharmed squeeze tube. Silicone/Santoprene tube upon request Priming push button IP65 protection degree HF Pump Module: Max flow rate 100 l/h, speedd programmable by software Pharmed squeeze tube.
