Applications in the electronics, pharmaceutical and food industry or for outdoor installation at ambient temperatures below 0 °C require dew points below +3 °C (refrigerated dryers). Ideal for these applications, the adsorption dryers ARTIC AF achieve a dew point of -40 °C (or up to -70 °C on request) under pressure. Artic AF adsorption dryers feature two parallel adsorbent columns. While compressed air is dehumidified in one column, the saturated desiccant bed in the second column is regenerated. Part of the already dried air is used in the countercurrent regeneration process.
