The new SliceFil-310 automatic slicer stands out for its ease of use, compact size, high performance and variety of use, being its use indicated for medium production industries of cooked and cured sausages, hams and cheeses. The SliceFil-310 is distinguished from the rest of the range by its angled cut combined with the interpolation system of movements, being able to offer innovative possibilities of presentation of the final product. Figures can be made, depending on product and dimensions. The product is loaded manually and supported by means of a clamp. The cut is made by means of a circular blade with orbital movement, cutting the product with great precision, placing it in stacked portions, staggered portions or other presentations, on the synchronised infeed conveyor belt. Characteristics: Loading of the product on a plastic band that avoids friction damage during cutting. Manually operated product grippers. Cutting system with circular blade and independent orbital and rotation speed adjustment. Pneumatically adjustable top and side tampers with adjustable pressure.
