The new SliceFil-320 automatic slicer stands out for its ease of use, compact size, high performance and variety of use, being its use indicated for medium production industries of cooked and cured sausages, hams, cheeses or vegan products. The product is loaded manually and supported by means of a clamp. The cut is made by circular blade with orbital movement, cutting the product with great precision, placing it in stacked portions, staggered or other presentations. Characteristics: Loading of the product on a polyurethane belt that prevents damage due to friction during cutting. Manually operated product clamp (optionally pneumatic). Cutting system with circular blade and independent rotation and orbital speed adjustment. Pneumatically adjustable upper and side tampers with adjustable pressure. Product loading gate with gas pistons. The machine is driven by servomotors. Electromechanical safety systems on gates and protections with mechanical blocking. The number of slices in each portion can vary according to your needs, as well as the length of the portions. Portion stacking height up to 50mm. Hygienic design for easy cleaning.
