The system, composed by two modules, applies the gluing liquid by cascade and the breadcrumb on all kinds of foods; steaks of meat, fish, meatballs, croquettes, nuggets, cheese fingers, etc. The gluing machine is composed of a mesh conveyor belt, a tank with a recirculation pump for gluing liquid, and a blower to remove the excess. The breading machine is composed by a conveyor, a tank for bread crumbs, an endless screw for feeding and recirculating bread, a cascade-type bread distributor and a blower to remove excess of bread. Available in 400mm and 600mm conveyor widths. Options: Optionally it can incorporate additional blowing device, mixing and glue preparation tank, as well as synchronization with the rest of the line.
