Description

DIPHUSAIR VxV steam humidifiers work by exchanging heat with steam produced by a boiler. This boiler steam passes through a copper tube heat exchanger to provide the heat necessary to generate clean steam from potable/decalcified or deionised water. The heat exchanger is immersed in a water tank which is heated to boiling point by the boiler steam that feeds it. This water is converted into clean steam which is injected through the air supply system. In Diphusair VxV humidifiers, the heat transfer process takes place by conduction and convection in the nucleated boiling phase. The use of these Diphusair VxV steam humidifiers is very common in hospitals and other large projects where some activities, such as air conditioning or laundry, are carried out using steam sources. They are humidifiers that pay for themselves in a short period of time and increase the efficiency of the systems by taking advantage of other heat sources in use such as a boiler. Features of steam humidifiers Diphusair VxV: •Operation on the basis of a copper tube heat exchanger, through which boiler steam circulates, which provides the necessary heat to generate clean steam from potable/decalcified or deionised water. •The heat transfer process takes place by conduction and convection in nucleated boiling phase. •Total absence of contamination and contact of drinking water with boiler steam. •Exchanger with external nickel treatment to further increase corrosion resistance. •Simple, reliable and permanent moisture production at moderate operating costs.
