Our product range of board level heat sinks includes various designs as bent sheet metal parts, extruded, extruded or die-cast profiles made of aluminium and copper. Some of the solder pins already integrated in the product enable direct mounting on the PCB. The board level heat sinks include: Finger heatsinks, clip-on heatsinks, small heatsinks and heatsinks for D PAK.
