Fluid Dispensing Process Control The SmartDispenser® provides the best process control of any fluid dispenser on the market. The SmartDispenser® is designed for – and excels in – full production environments. The true test of a SmartDispenser® system is multiple systems in full production versus our competition. This is where the SmartDispenser’s AirFree® technology excels and where our competition is exposed. Our SmartDispenser® systems work well with all assembly fluids such as epoxies, anaerobics, solder pastes, lubricants and cyanoacrylates, to name a few. AirFree®technology replaces traditional air pressure as the drive system to proportion fluid deposits, thereby improving repeatability 6-10 times. Controller settings are numerical inputs so one dispense program is repeated exactly on additional SmartDispensers. There are two operating modes: Traditional LDS9000 and ProcessControl2®. Every SmartDispenser® performs identically from one system to another regardless of global location.
