FITT Bluforce RJ System - PVC-A Pipes and Wide Radius Bends for Pressurized Water Networks
FITT has developed the PVC-A FITT Bluforce RJ pipes to guarantee maximum performance to the water and irrigation networks under pressure: longer plant life, continuity in the supply of water service, reduction of installation costs and maintenance of water networks.
The PVC-A FITT Bluforce pipes and wide radius restraint joint bends (PN16 - 45 and 90) guarantee ductility, resistance and easy handling, facilitating construction work. This allows the integrity and efficiency of the water network, protecting it from careless movements, incorrect poses and critical climatic conditions.
FITT Bluforce RJ is the first PVC-A product platform to boast the EPD® in Europe, the environmental product declaration that provides certified product life cycle data, according to the international standards ISO 14025 and EN 15804.
FITT Bluforce RJ uses the socket-based jointing system with the seal mechanically hot-inserted in advance during the socket forming phase. The Bulldog® seal is made up of three elements that guarantee both the hydraulic and mechanical tightness of the joint.
FITT Bluforce RJ complies with:
- Technical Specification IIP 1.1/19: "Modified polyvinyl chloride (PVC-A) pipes for water supply pipe systems"
- D.M. 174 of 06/04/2004: "water intended for human consumption"
- EN 1622: Water analysis - determination of the threshold of odour (TON) and threshold of taste (TFN).
