Fixturlaser PAT is a belt tool that provides precise alignment, resulting in reduced belt wear. This belt comes with two line laser transmitters, and two spring loaded guides that fit into the pulley groves. These transmitters with integrated targets enable easy determination of the kind of alignment used. With this tool, the operator can also tell whether a machine requires alignment or not. These devices may be easily installed on pulleys, using its spring action probe that finds the center of the belt groove. Magnets are also provided in this device for snapping the units to the pulley, Removable guides in various sizes are also available for this equipment. Accessories like additional guides for timing belt alignment can also be included.
