It ensures your personal comfort in open-plan or cell offices. This system offers great advantages to architects, planners, building operators and end users. Local zone devices within the indoor climate zones provide air conditioning areas of 50 to 300 m2, using the floor cavity as a distribution shaft to distribute the conditioned air. The Local Environmental Control Units (LECU) can then control the release of conditioned air into your office. With a LECU you have the control yourself and can adjust the temperature according to your wishes. The LECU can also circulate or even heat the air (without cooling). When the office space has to be redesigned, the LECUs ​​can be easily moved without special tools - so fast and flexible is this design. Since their own power and data railways run in a modular raised floor, the electrical systems can be relocated quickly. If the OfficeCool system is combined with ceiling fans, no false ceiling is required. Therefore, all service connections in the floor cavity are easily accessible for maintenance purposes. A fully connected scheme provides communication between end users and individual LECUs. Integration between the building's own GLT and / or tailor-made regulation only possible for DENCO-OfficeCool.
