Flapcon® HJ-BA102 Series Monoblock flanged ball valves with heat jacket are manufactured from cast -ron, cast steel and stainless steel casting varieties. The heat jacket is fed with steam or hot oil, in which the highly viscous and crystallized liquids of freezing risk are not compressed in the ball. This too, provides full safe tightness for many years. The HJ-BA102 Series monoblock ball Valves provide high capacity permability because of full bore ball structures. Due to the wafer type connection features, it does not occupy space between the flange connection. Thanks to their lightweight and compact design, they are easily mounted on the line. Thanks to the guide threads in the flange connection holes, connections to the end of the line are suitable. Due to wide material options minimazing fluid corrosion and ENISO 5211 top flange connection, it is suitable for all fluid and control variants.
