The PNEUMATI-CON, engineered by Flexicon, is a dilute phase pneumatic conveying systems range from one point installations up to cross-plant systems. The systems have multiple pick-up and discharge points and automated controls. All are customized and totally incorporated with other Flexicon tools and systems. This product maneuver bulk components that are suspended in an air stream. The air stream is made by a positive pressure blower upstream of material intake points or by vacuum pump. The pump removes the air from the system downstream of component release points. The components are isolated from the conveying air at the use point, then released on a batch basis through slide gate valves.
