Bulk bag conditioner

BLOCK-BUSTER™ hydraulic bulk bag conditioners from Flexicon are uniquely designed to solve the problems of bulk solid materials that have compressed into a solid mass while being stored or shipped. These are typically hygroscopic chemicals, certain types of spice blends, heat-sensitive products and so on. These need to be loosened, so that they may be discharged by bulk bag unloaders through the bag spouts. It is at this point that these bag conditioners are recommended. They can act at a point when pneumatic flow promotion accessories built into the bulk bag dischargers fail to do their job effectively. These conditioners may be ordered as part of the bulk bag unloading frames, or as standalone units.
