Washing unit with drying PK ECO / PK series

The fully automatic washing units are designed to wash ink trays, doctor blades, aniloxes and other removable press parts used with water-based ink, solvent-based ink or UV ink. The quick and easy wash operation allows press operators to focus on press make-ready functions, thus reducing the changeover time and the labour involved with manual washing. This results in reduced downtime, consistent print quality and a safe and healthy cleaning and working environment. Parts Cleaning Models The Parts Cleaners come in three different ranges, PK ECO Series, PK 130-200 TopLoad & PK TrolleyLoad. The PK ECO series is the optimal solution for the small label printer. The PK ECO Parts Washers are cost-effective machines that are easy to operate and will leave parts clean in only 15-20 minutes. The unit can be equipped with different chamber holders thus adapting the cleaning unit to your specific press parts. The PK 130-200 TopLoad is made of stainless steel, has a bigger wash area, and is equipped with a larger pump which gives a higher pressure when cleaning liquid and rinse water are sprayed onto the parts. The PK 130-200 Trolley has more options for customization to different press parts. The PK 200 TrolleyLoad is similar to the PK 200 Topload, but this model is equipped with either 1 large trolley, 2 medium trolleys or three small trolleys. The trolleys make the handling of press parts even easier. The press parts can be placed on the trolley at the press and then the trolley can be driven to the washing unit where the grid is pushed into the unit.
