The linear recirculating bearing (Ballbushing) are produce in economic for standard application and for precision application.
The ballbushing are composed by a cylindrical outer ring, by a cage that retains the balls, by two end rings to retain the cage and/or, when required, contact seals.
All of the components are designed and assembled to optimize the unit performance.the outer ring is suitably hardened to provide the longest possible life expectancy.
The cage made of steel, stainless steel or engineered resin, depending upon the type of bearing selected, provide the retention and allow the proper recirculation of the balls. Ballbushing can be supplied in the following versions :
The compact linear bearings in Ewellix & FLI
The compact ball bushings are available in:
- KH Exterior sleeve in pressed sheet metal, and an interior resin cage
- LBBR Outer sleeve and inner cage in resin
- LBBR-HV6 Anti-corrosion version
The visible openings on the outside diameter allow simplified relubrication.
The self-aligning linear beraings in NB, Ewellix et FLI
The self-aligning ball bushing is a high-performance bushing with 3 times the load capacity and up to 27 times the life of a conventional ball bushing.
Self-aligning ball bushings can be adapted to many applications such as automated factory equipment, machine tools, industrial machines, electrical equipment, optical and measuring instruments.
The slide rotary ballbushing in NB
Slide Rotary Bush features a special retainer fitted into cylindrical steel outer cylinder and is designed to guide steel balls for smooth circulation in its retainer.
