The system is engineered to fit tanks from five to 660 cubic meters, and the ideal flow stream and strong turbulence increases bubble-particle attachment to improve recovery rates and concentration grades. This lowers energy consumption by 15 to 40 percent. The mixedROW Flotation System is easy to start up, has a lower cost to run and a longer mechanism life. It’s also designed to have adequate residence time for optimum recovery and concentration grade. The mixedROW Flotation System treats many particle sizes and requires less maintenance.
