Description

Highly reliable, delivering long service life Provides optimal material flow and high capacities Automated control increases performance and efficiency Options for blending applications, if required Proven, reliable solutions for efficient stockpile building Stockpile your bulk materials in an efficient and orderly manner with our proven Stock Pile Stackers. Available in fixed, luffable or luffable-slewable boom designs and in many configurations and sizes. These standardised or custom-built units offer capacities up to 20,000 tph (22,000 stph). Material handling made easy with our high-capacity Stock Pile Stackers Designed to stockpile bulk materials in an efficient and orderly manner, these high-capacity stackers can be stationary or travelling, rail-mounted or rubber-tired. Capacities range from 150 tph to 20,000 tph (165 stph to 22,000 stph) in building stockpile volumes that can reach 1,000,000 m3 (1.3 million yd3). The choice of design depends on factors such as your desired stacking method, stockpile size, material type, required throughput and your mobility needs. Tripper cars or tripper systems for transferring material from the yard conveyor to the stacker or directly onto a live stockpile are considered to be part of the stacking system. The corresponding tripper car can be supplied in stationary, detachable, or lifting and lowering versions. The most commonly used stacking methods for longitudinal stores are chevron, windrow and cone shell. These methods are recommended in cases where homogenisation is not necessary, and they consist of stacking a large number of layers on top of each other.
